The anti-crack stickers (anti-crack stickers) must not be cleaned during the laying process, so that the cement pavement and the anti-crack stickers can be in better contact.
The anti-crack stickers should be sprayed with heavy oil after laying, which can improve the adhesion of the anti-crack stickers.
The role of the anti-crack sticker is: it can play the role of linking the top and the bottom. The gap of the cement pavement below is melted by the anti-crack sticker asphalt surface, which penetrates into the gap and plays a waterproof role. After the asphalt surface above melts, it merges with the newly laid asphalt concrete. After coming together, it is not easy to cause the risk of empty nuclear.
1. Select the specifications of the anti-crack stickers used according to the width of the cracks (joints) on the road surface. The cracks (joints) below 1mm-3mm should be at least 25cm anti-crack stickers;
2. For cracks (joints) with a width of less than 3mm-5mm, choose a crack-resistant sticker of at least 33cm.
3. Cracks (joints) with a width between 5mm and 19mm must be cleaned up, filled with sealant, and then pasted with 50cm of anti-crack stickers.
4. Cracks (joints) and subsidence areas with a width of more than 19mm must be cleaned up, filled with mortar, sealant or asphalt mixture and compacted to the existing height, and then 100cm of anti-crack paste is used to paste the seams .
5. Cracks or pits with a width of more than 50mm must be cleaned up first, then filled with mortar or hot asphalt mixture and compacted to the existing height, and then 100cm of anti-crack paste is used to paste the seam.
6. For cracks (joints) with different heights and subsidence areas, leveling treatment must be carried out.
Precautions:
(1) The cement concrete pavement must be dry before construction. Construction shall not be carried out on wet bases, rain or snow.
(2) After construction, the "anti-crack sticker" must be compacted with a sand bag or a rubber tire roller to prevent rainwater from entering the adhesive surface of the "anti-crack sticker" before paving asphalt concrete. If heavy rain is expected before the asphalt concrete is laid, sealant should be used on both sides of the "crack stop".
(3) It is not suitable for construction when the temperature is lower than 5 ℃.
(4) When the asphalt concrete is paved, the vehicle shall not turn around on the spot on the "crack-proof sticker".
(5) When the slope is greater than 5%, the width of the "crack-proof sticker" should not be greater than 330mm. When paving the underlying asphalt concrete, there may be a small amount of slippage, which should be repaired in time without affecting the quality of the project.
(6) The total thickness of paving asphalt concrete shall not be less than 6cm.
(7) When the "anti-crack sticker" is paved, when the height difference between adjacent sides is greater than 1cm or there are many potholes, it is necessary to level the part before paving to prevent the "anti-crack sticker" paved in the depression from being affected. Destroyed after gravity. The leveling material can be leveled with epoxy mortar or with asphalt mixture.
